Document and record management system on Office 365 Business solutions

Our document management system enables companies to maintain single workspace for document creation, registration, processing and storage in compliance with internal regulations and state regulations.

Our solution can be quickly and easily implemented at any business and public sector entity, supports major common document management functions and can be easily adjusted to fit the specific business requirements of particular organisation.

System is designed to be deployed on Office 365 platform, but can also be set up as on-premise application on a local company server. It is easily accessible from any location with an internet connection.

Projekts „IT uzņēmumu 2013. gada aktivitātes eksporta tirgos” EU projects

A/s Datorzinību centrs sadarbībā ar Latvijas IT klasteri īsteno Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda līdzfinansēto projektu „IT uzņēmumu 2013. gada aktivitātes eksporta tirgos ”, kura mērķis ir veicināt projektā iesaistīto partneru izstrādāto IT nozares produktu eksportu ārvalstīs.

Projekts tiek īstenots 2. darbības programmas „Uzņēmējdarbība un inovācijas” apakšaktivitātes 2.3.1.1.1. „Ārējo tirgu apgūšana – ārējais mārketings” ietvaros. Projekta identifikācijas numurs ĀTA/2.3.1.1.1/13/51/053, ar v/a „Latvijas Investīciju un attīstības aģentūra” noslēgtā līguma numurs: L-ĀTA-13-1618.

Information Technology Training for Small and Micro Businesses to Promote Competitiveness and Productivity Training projects

We welcome Latvian companies to participate in a training project for small and micro enterprises which allows to improve IT skills of their employees at the reduced costs – 80% of the training costs are financed by the European Union. Enterprises have the opportunity to learn 10 various courses about the usage of IT necessary for enterprises everyday tasks. (Read more)

JSC Datorzinibu Centrs, in cooperation with Latvian IT Cluster, is implementing the European Regional Development Fund co-financed project “Latvian IT companies’ marketing activities abroad”, which aims to promote the export of IT industry products developed by partners involved, as well as, their recognition in IT solutions market. Project name: “Latvian language training for asylum seekers”

Project goal: Support integration of asylum seekers into Latvian society by providing with Latvian language training.

Budget: LVL 13 923

Target audience: asylum seekers who reside in Latvia

Brief project description of project activities:
Provide 20 asylum seekers with Latvian language training. Corse length – 180 hours. Training will take place in Office of citizenship and migration affairs asylum seeker housing centre “Mucenieki” from January to May 2013. Training process will include class room training combined with use of Latvian language e-learning course, which was developed during previous European refugee fund projects. This course can later be used as self-education tool, if learner so desires. During project implementation, Latvian language e-learning course will also be supplemented with two new topics – “Information. Were to search and obtain valuable information” and “Latvian state and political situation”, which will be available in English and Russian versions of e-learning course.
