Brief description
A hands-on workshop where participants gain a clear understanding of the modern ecosystem of artificial intelligence tools and learn how to effectively integrate them into their daily work. The course is designed so that after the session, each participant will know which tool to choose for a specific task, how to combine them, and how to use them to save several hours of work per week.
The workshop is led by Kristaps Cīrulis, co-founder of SHIFT, RIZZ AI LAB, Shipyard AI, Terrawaste, and Impact Foundry. With 15 years of experience in design thinking, product development, and business development, he helps companies and teams transform AI from a buzzword into a real-world tool by developing solutions, implementing them in practice, and teaching how to use them responsibly.
Course Objective
Gain practical experience with the latest artificial intelligence tools and their integration into daily workflows to significantly speed up and simplify your work, while maintaining the quality of results and ensuring they meet the requirements of the task.
Target audience
Specialists, office staff, project managers, marketing, sales, and support teams, as well as anyone who works with text, documents, images, or presentations on a daily basis and wants to learn how to use AI tools to boost productivity. No prior in-depth technical knowledge is required.

The AI Tool Landscape in 2026
- An overview of text, image, audio, and video AI tools
- How to choose the right tool for a specific task
- A comparison of paid and free versions
- basic principles of security and data privacy
Text and Document Tools in Practice
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity – strengths and weaknesses
- creating effective prompts
- working with long documents, summaries, and analysis
- translation and content localization
Visual and multimedia AI tools
- Image generation for work purposes (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Sora)
- Audio transcription and video captioning
- Creating presentations with Gamma and similar tools
Integration into daily processes and automation without programming
- Connecting MI tools to email, calendars, and documents
- Simple automations with Make, Zapier, and n8n
- Practical examples – how to save 5–10 hours a week
- Common mistakes and how to avoid them
After completing the course, participants
- will be familiar with the current landscape of AI tools and understand which tool to choose for each situation
- will be able to prepare precise and targeted prompts for various tasks
- will use at least 4–5 different AI tools in their daily work
- will be able to identify at least 3 processes in their work that can be automated with AI
- will be familiar with the basic principles of security and data protection when using AI tools
Useful / Please note
Basic knowledge of using a computer and a web browser. Participants must have an active email account (preferably Google) for which they know the password—access accounts for various AI tools will be created during the course. A stable internet connection and a personal computer for each participant. No prior knowledge of AI is required—the course is also suitable for beginners.
